I’m passionate about positive mental health having had my own challenging experiences over the years. I focus on positive mental health and general well-being because it helps me in all aspects of my life.
I’m proud to be part of this amazing group in St Neots.
I encourage anyone looking for a supportive community to come along to one of our walks.
You will be made very welcome.’
Steve Whitney
My name is Steve Whitney. Up until February 2020 I didn’t know what mental health was. Tragedy hit that February when my son William took his own life at the age of 21. For twelve months with the support of family, my golf buddies and friends I got through. In March 2021 Walk & Talk 4 Men St Neots was founded. I was fortunate to go on the first walk and the inspiration I got from it was unbelievable. All of a sudden I had a purpose, I needed to be a part of it and for that matter every other male mental health group I came across. Male Mental Health is now a passion and I take huge pride in being a walk leader of this marvellous group. Each and every one of the Guys that partake each week have become my ‘Will’ they are now my purpose and I love them all.
As the saying goes, Don’t be shy, give it a try. No need to book, just turn up.

John Eaton
Hi I'm John Eaton and have lived in St Neots for the past 10 years. I've always enjoyed supporting and helping people develop and found myself in a difficult headspace a few years back.
The group has helped me to reconnect with what's important in my life and I've been fortunate to meet a great bunch on the journey.
The Walk and Talk group has given me the opportunity to be part of a bigger collective, help fulfil my passion for walking and help others
